Site Address
Assign a street address to this site at the Address tab. Click the Address tab to bring this area of the form to the front.
Three options are available for adding an address to this site:
- Selecting an Address
- Adding an Address
- Editing an Existing Address
Select an Address Option
You are able to select an address from the list of addresses already in the application and assign it to the site.
- Click the drop-down arrow in the Select an address field and select the site's address from the list.
- The address will populate the address fields in the tab. The fields in this tab are read-only.
Add an Address
You are able to add a new address for the division at the Address tab. The new address will be saved to the address list, and then must be selected for the site.
- At the Address tab, click the Add icon.
- The fields at the Address tab are placed into Add mode.
- Enter the address information in the applicable fields. (The Address 1 field is required.)
- Click the Save icon to save the address to the division.
- The address is saved to the system address list and the fields clear. (To cancel adding this address, click the Cancel icon to clear the fields.)
- Click the drop-down arrow in the Select an address field. Select this address from the list in order to select it for this division. It will populate the Address tab again; the fields are read-only.
Edit an Address
An existing address may be selected and then edited. This address will be updated in the system and assigned to this site.
- Select an address from the list of addresses by clicking the drop-down arrow in the Select an address field and select the site's address from the list. The address will populate the address fields in the tab.
- Click the Edit icon to place the tab in Edit mode; the fields in the tab become active and may be changed.
- Edit the address information, as required.
- Click the Save icon to save the address changes.
- The address is updated in the form and in the address list. The fields in the Address tab become read-only.
